Our six premium double rooms are designed for comfort over a multi-day event. Each is fully air conditioned, well furnished, and serviced to a standard that guests staying through a wedding sequence or a corporate retreat will genuinely appreciate.
They suit couples, pairs of family members, and business travellers attending events on the property — the relatives who arrive for the nischitartham and stay through the pelli, the colleagues who fly in for a seminar, the elders who would rather not commute in the heat.

The suite is our most spacious accommodation offering, reserved for guests who require additional room, privacy, or an elevated level of comfort. It is a particularly suitable choice for the bride and groom, for elder parents, or for senior executives visiting for a corporate programme.
On the morning of the muhurtham, it becomes the couple's private space to dress and gather composure before the ceremony — a quiet room a short walk from the stage, rather than a hurried journey across the city.
The board room
A workspace on the same address
The board room is fitted with modern audio visual equipment and is available for meetings, strategy sessions, small training programmes, and corporate discussions. It is the workspace half of a residential corporate programme.
Combined with Residency's room stock and with Venue or Veduka for larger sessions, the board room lets us host full residential offsites — sessions, meals, and stay — from a single property.
