Seventeen years of celebrations at Bandlamudi Gardens.

About Bandlamudi Gardens

Seventeen years of celebrations at Bandlamudi Gardens.

One iconic address on Amaravathi Main Road, where Guntur has gathered for its most important days since 2008.

Our story

Built to make every milestone easier for the family.

Bandlamudi Gardens was established in the year 2008. Guntur city was growing at an exponential rate at the time, and the need for a truly multi-functional convention centre had become impossible to ignore. Families were travelling to neighbouring cities for large weddings. Corporate teams were booking multiple smaller halls for a single seminar. Half saree functions, engagements, and naming ceremonies were being compressed into venues that had never been designed with Telugu celebrations in mind.

We built Bandlamudi Gardens to change that. The original vision was simple: one iconic address on Amaravathi Main Road, where a family could host every milestone in their lives — from a quiet nischitartham to a two-thousand-five-hundred guest pelli — without ever having to compromise on comfort, hospitality, or scale.

Over the years, that single hall has grown into a three-acre destination. Where there was once one space, there are now three distinct venues and a dedicated place to stay: Vedika, our 12,000 square feet grand convention hall; Veduka, our 7,200 square feet elegant hall; Venue, our premium banquet space; and Residency, our on-site accommodation wing. Every addition has come from the same philosophy that started the business: make the wedding day easier for the family, and the celebration will take care of itself.

Today, thousands of Guntur families and businesses have celebrated with us. Some have returned for three generations of weddings at the same address. That continuity, more than anything else, is what we are most proud of.

What we believe

Four convictions that have guided us since 2008.

A kalyana mandapam is not square footage and chairs. It is a promise made to a family on the most important day of their lives. These are the convictions behind that promise.

01

Hospitality is a craft, not a transaction.

A wedding is the most important day of many lives. We treat it accordingly, from the way we answer the very first phone call to the way we wave off the final guest after the muhurtham has passed. Seventeen years of pelli, vivaham, and nischitartham have taught us that warmth cannot be improvised on the day; it has to be built into the way a team works.

02

Infrastructure should be invisible.

When the air conditioning is perfect, nobody comments on it. When the power backup engages seamlessly during a Guntur summer, nobody notices. We have spent seventeen years getting the invisible things right, so that the visible things, the bride, the stage, the homa kundam, the meal, the moment, are free to shine.

03

Tradition and modernity belong together.

Our halls host homa kundams and projector screens, traditional banana leaf bhojanams and multi cuisine buffets, Vedic chants and corporate keynotes, the akshintalu and the annual general meeting. Bandlamudi Gardens was built to hold all of it without ever asking a family to choose between heritage and comfort.

04

Every guest is a returning guest.

The family that books us for a nischitartham often returns for the pelli, and then for the seemantham, and then for the namakaranam of the next generation. The corporate team that books a seminar often returns for its annual gathering. We work with the long view in mind, because in Guntur, reputation is the only thing that lasts.

What sets our property apart

One coordinated property, not a collection of features.

Three venues, ample car parking, well-ventilated on-property kitchens, a full accommodation wing, and round-the-clock power backup — all run by the same team.

A hall for every scale of celebration.

The halls

A hall for every scale of celebration.

Each of our three venues is designed for a specific guest count and occasion — from intimate 150-guest gatherings at Venue to grand 2,500-guest celebrations at Vedika. Every hall is fully air conditioned, professionally lit, and fitted with a sound system appropriate to its scale, so that the muhurtham, the mangalyam, and every vote of thanks carry clearly across the hall.

Every detail, every time.

The celebrations

Every detail, every time.

The decor teams that work within our halls have the canvas they need — generous ceiling heights, clean sightlines to the stage, and lobbies wide enough to receive a full guest list with grace. Seventeen years of weddings, engagements, and functions have taught us what families remember, and what they regret. We plan accordingly.

The address

Amaravathi Main Road. Guntur's landmark since 2008.

The Venue signage has become a familiar sight on Amaravathi Main Road. Families know the address, autos know the address, and out-of-town guests find it without difficulty. Being at this address for seventeen years means something — it means reliability, it means reputation, and it means that when you book with us, you know exactly where you are.

More than a hall — a full celebration destination.

The property

More than a hall — a full celebration destination.

Three venues, two well-ventilated kitchens, ample car parking, and the Residency accommodation wing for out-of-town family. When a family books a grand wedding at Vedika, Residency receives the out-of-town elders, the kitchens prepare the bhojanam, and the parking absorbs the crowd. Every element is run by the same team.

Veduka · The Stage

Vibrant, detailed, personal.

Every stage at Bandlamudi Gardens is crafted to the family's brief — this butterfly setup at Veduka is a favourite for engagement ceremonies and mid-scale weddings where detail matters as much as scale.

Why Guntur keeps coming back

The air conditioning works. The food arrives on time. The parking is never a problem. The staff remembers your name, and the sound never cuts out during the mangalyam.

Guntur has options. There are other halls in the city, and there are other convention centres on Amaravathi Road. What has kept families returning to Bandlamudi Gardens across seventeen years is the quiet consistency of the experience. It is not glamorous to list these things, yet these are the very things that decide whether a wedding is remembered as beautiful or as stressful.

We have built our reputation by getting the unglamorous things right, every single event, for seventeen years. Some families have returned for three generations of weddings at the same address on Amaravathi Main Road. That continuity, more than anything else, is what we are most proud of.
